Anyone from outside the board wishing to make a presentation to the board must notify the Chair or Vice Chair no later than Friday before our scheduled meeting. While every effort will be made to add anyone who wishes to make a presentation on the current agenda, you may be asked to attend a future meeting if the agenda is already full.
Our meetings are public and anyone who wishes may attend. However, keep in mind that input from non board members is limited to presentations accepted for the agenda and no discussions will be permitted outside of the time allocated for your presentation.
Our next meeting will be September 20th 2018. The current agenda will be posted here the weekend prior to the meeting. Trustees and members of the public who wish to have an item added to the agenda must notify the Chair or Vice Chair end of the business day the Friday prior to the meeting, with the exception of the Library Manager who must make submissions end of day Saturday.
